How to use & what to expect

Take one Probiotic stick pack every 1–2 days, or as needed to promote digestive health.

Adults take one (1) tablet three (3) times daily, preferably with food. 
Take one (1) to three (3) Digestive Enzyme tablets with a meal, or as needed to help relieve occasional bloating associated with digestion. For best results, consume just before or at the start of your meal to ensure the enzymes are active when the food arrives.
