USANA Shipping & Handling Policy

We want you to receive your USANA products as quickly as possible. Please review the following information about order processing, handling, shipping methods, and estimated delivery times before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Handling

USANA processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not business days.

Once your order is placed, it enters the processing and handling phase. Please allow up to 24 hours during business days for USANA to:

• Verify and process your order.

• Pick the products from inventory.

• Prepare the packing slip and package your products.

• Create the shipping label and hand the package over to the carrier.

During promotions, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing and handling may take up to 48 hours.

Orders Requiring Verification

Orders may be delayed if the billing or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect. For example, failing to include an apartment or unit number may prevent successful delivery.

When the billing and shipping addresses differ, USANA may temporarily hold the order for verification. We will attempt to contact you by phone and email. If you do not respond, your order will remain on hold until the requested verification is received.

To help avoid delays, please carefully review your billing and shipping information before submitting your order.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method selected and your destination.

Free Shipping — Orders of $100 or More

• Cost: Free for eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

• Carrier: UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the destination and shipping method selected by USANA.

• Estimated delivery: Typically 2–3 days in most locations.

Free shipping does not apply to all destinations or products. Shipping surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, as well as to all Rev3 Energy 12-can orders.

Alaska and Hawaii: Delivery may take up to three weeks. Additional shipping charges and longer transit times may apply, so please plan accordingly.

Standard Shipping — Additional Fee

• Cost: An additional shipping fee applies. This option is available for orders under $100.

• Carrier: DHL.

• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after your order is processed.

Expedited Shipping — Additional Fee

• Cost: An additional shipping fee applies. This option is available for orders under $100.

• Carrier: DHL.

• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after your order is processed.

Please note that expedited shipping reduces the estimated transit time; it does not necessarily shorten the time required to process and handle your order.

3. Business Days, Holidays & Delivery Delays

USANA does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. These days are not counted as business days when calculating processing or delivery estimates.

The following holidays may affect order processing and shipping:

• Labor Day

• Columbus Day

• Veterans Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

Although orders are processed as promptly as possible, delivery estimates are not guarantees. High order volumes, severe weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery.

Occasionally, Buy Nutritionals Direct may ship an order directly from our own operations as a courtesy. When this occurs, packages are generally shipped Monday through Friday and typically arrive in 1-2 days.

Important Shipping Information

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, and other circumstances beyond our control. Please allow additional time when ordering for Alaska, Hawaii, and other destinations that may require longer transit times.

We recommend placing your order early if you need your products by a specific date.
