Shipping Policy

There are three types of shipping: Free shipping, Standard shipping and Expedited shipping. Customers qualify for free shipping when they spend $100 or more on USANA products*. If you choose free shipping then your package will arrive within 6-8 business days after it is processed.  Standard shipping is available for an additional fee. If you choose standard shipping then your package will arrive within 5-7 business days after it is processed. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee as well.  If you select expedited shipping then your package will arrive within 3-5 business days after it is processed.

Please note that USANA is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. These days do not count as business days for shipping. Your initial order will be verified and processed within 24-48 hours. Then it will be packed and given to the mail carrier.  Occasionally, Buy Nutritionals Direct will ship customer orders directly from their operations as a courtesy. In this case your package will arrive in 2-3 days. Packages are shipped Monday through Friday.
